Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are typically processed within one business day and shipped through trusted carriers. Standard U.S. delivery estimates range from 2–4 business days; however, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. Once a carrier marks an order as “Delivered,” the responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
