Return & Exchange Policy
At Softlipe, we want you to absolutely love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, our return and refund process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.
A. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Our Return Window)
We extend a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is marked delivered to initiate a return request.
Eligibility: The Golden Rules for Returning an Item
- Condition: Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of odors or signs of wear.
- Packaging & Tags: Original tags attached and returned in original or equivalent secure packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Include your receipt, packing slip, or a copy of your order confirmation.
If the returned item does not meet these criteria, we may be unable to process a refund and you may be responsible for return shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.
B. Starting Your Return (It's Easy!)
We do not pre-print return labels. To start a return, email our support team at support@softlipe.com. We will provide a unique, authorized return label and instructions tailored to your situation.
C. The Easy Return Initiation Process
When contacting us at support@softlipe.com, please include:
- Order Number and Full Name used on the order
- Proof of Purchase (screenshot or confirmation email)
- Reason(s) for the Return
- Photos or video for damaged/defective items (highly recommended)
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team inspects it (usually within 24 hours). You’ll receive an email confirming the return status. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days; banks may take 3–5 additional business days to post the refund.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Our Responsibility)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@softlipe.com immediately. Softlipe will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, and will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
E. Refunds: The Money Back Promise
After inspection, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
F. Order Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund for cancellation, notify us within 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours, your order may be forwarded to production or fulfillment and may no longer be cancelable. We will attempt to accommodate requests after this window but cannot guarantee them.
G. A Crucial Note on Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery failure are the customer’s responsibility—Softlipe is not liable for costs or loss associated with incorrect customer-provided addresses.
